Cathy is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker.

Stuart H. LeGrand, Partner, is a longtime friend and business associate of Fred G. Mills, Sr. In 1990, Stuart and Fred formed the United Equities companies to develop affordable multifamily housing units, as well as student housing projects.
