We are General Contractors that primarily are focused on building multi-family housing. We have worked extensively on both 9% and 4% LIHTC projects, projects financed with HUD 221(d)(4) loans, projects financed with USDA RD loans, and projects financed conventionally.

Therefore, we utilize an infrastructure and management process that inherently creates the most value in a project, subsequently providing the best experience for our clients.

Having a Construction Manager that views the entire process from the perspective of what is in the best interest of the Project, we ensure that interests of the Project Owner, Construction Manager, and Project Management Company are aligned and the success of the individual project becomes paramount.
